Gm, and happy New Year! Our team has been reflecting on this past year, and we’re incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished and what we have in store for 2024.
Before starting Audit Wizard, I spent the past eight years working as a security engineer at big tech companies. Throughout my career, I felt underserved by developer tools when performing security reviews and always wanted to build a platform that was specifically designed for security work. I met my co-founders in early 2022 at a conference and shared an interest in web3 security and tools. We started building Audit Wizard as a side project until earlier this year, when we all quit our jobs to commit ourselves full-time to developing the platform.
Since then, over 800 people have signed up to use our platform, and we’ve shipped over 20 amazing features just this year, including report editing and generation, notepad, findings, whiteboard, code graphs, AI insights, and, most notably, foundry testing
I’d like to give a huge thank you to our community of users – many of you tested our product early on, sat with the team on user interviews, uncovered many bugs, and helped inform our roadmap as we developed Audit Wizard.
When developing Audit Wizard, we are driven by a set of core values that we use to guide our product development. We follow these principles when designing our product to build beautiful software that has an impact on your work:
We spent the last year laying the foundation for the best possible auditing platform. In 2024, we will focus on the innovative and impactful features that inspired us to build Audit Wizard, including collaboration and workflow features, new ways to look at code, threat modeling, and more powerful analysis tools that up your auditing game - just to name a few.
We built Audit Wizard with one goal in mind – to create a product dedicated solely to security work. We aim to make auditing easier for auditors by enhancing what they do and how fast they do it, and to show developers that they can also be security experts with the right tools. We’re looking forward to the end of our beta this year and to delivering many more exciting features in the future.
I’m grateful for the community we’ve built around our platform, our team, and everyone who has supported us. We have so much more wizardry in store, and we can’t wait to share everything we’re building with you.
